  Really warm and looks OK. I purchased the Grey one. Advertised as casual but the back stitching makes it look a bit more casual than I expected. I do recommend this jacket for the warmth.

  This is a nice jacket, quite comfortable to wear. However I would have preferred that the back of the item was stitched around the band the same as the front as it would sit better on the body. Also the collar which zip closes up to the neck needs a bulky scarf to keep the warmth around the neck area as it is way too roomy without one if you fully zip it up.

  7. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  8. Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. All batteries must be removed from electrical devices before returning the product. You will receive an immediate credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
