Delivery
Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is a flat rate no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
All prices include GST. The items bought are delivered to your door by Australia Post or courier. Delivery to your door is subject to Australia Post network.
We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed, currently our delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders and are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.
FREE DELIVERY – Simply spend $200 or more in one transaction (excl. PHI) via our website and have your order delivered to you for free. Discount automatically applied when your shopping cart value exceeds $200.
For couriered items, dispatch and delivery times may vary, please contact us for further information. Please allow four weeks for despatch from order date of products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved. Products are dispatched from Innovations, 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia.
If you are using our interest FREE payment terms, delivery and insurance will be charged in your first instalment.
We deliver throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania.
Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Production models may vary slightly. You always receive the latest model. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for any commercial use. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price - excluding delivery and insurance fee. All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. All of our quality products come with a 12-month money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Option of credit note instead of refund
Innovations customers who are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Innovations purchase terms or Australian Consumer Law have the option of choosing to accept a credit note of a value that is 10% higher than the refundable amount (e.g. 110% of the refundable amount (including GST)), instead of receiving a cash refund for the refundable amount. The decision whether or not to accept a credit note instead of a refund is entirely the customer’s, but if a credit note is selected, the following terms shall apply to the credit note:
- the decision to accept a credit note is final and cannot be revoked for change of mind;
- the credit note value will be for 110% of the full purchase price (including GST), but shall exclude the delivery and any insurance fee;
- the credit note can be redeemed for any product on the catalogues or websites of Innovations or any Innovations brand including Infashion, Damart, Victoria Hill, The Fox Collection and Entertainment Masters, but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded as cash;
- if the credit note is redeemed for a product purchase that is subsequently returned, the refund provided (whether as cash or credit note) shall be less the 10% increase previously provided; and
- the credit note will be valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
