As we navigate COVID-19, our biggest commitment is to keep our employees, customers and communities healthy. To do so we have put in place a number of changes to our business.
Please note: We are currently seeing delays within the delivery network. Please allow additional time for your order to be delivered.
We have implemented heightened hygiene procedures and policies for all staff, we have cancelled external meetings and visitors to our offices and have split work teams where appropriate to allow greater distance between workers. Any staff member who feels unwell is not coming into work and is being actively supported by the company to ensure they only return to work once they have a clean bill of health.
Although we are working hard to minimise the impact of this crisis on our customers and ship your orders quickly, there is also a possibility that we will encounter delays or disruptions in availability of stock and shipping, depending on how the situation continues to develop. Should we encounter any difficulties, we will communicate to you what those issues are and how we are going to mitigate them.
We have a dedicated team working hard behind the scenes to plan for a variety of contingencies, and are committed to ensuring we can continue to operate as smoothly as possible.
